What a challenging time our students nurses must have had over the last 18 months! What an amazing achievement to have completed training in such difficult times....they all earned their stripes! I felt really proud being able to create this bear to celebrate the end of nurse training and the start of a wonderful career. Congratulations xx

It’s is always such a privilege to work with your clothes and memories x
These two beautiful bears went home today. They were made with a wool coat and a cardigan which were much loved by their owner. I’m hoping they bring much comfort and happy memories to their new owners. Sending much love as always

Well the day has finally arrived! Magoriums will be opening up again!
What a year! However, we made it and well done to everyone who stayed inside, followed the rules and had a vaccine...we couldn’t have done it without you!
There are a few changes of course to the way I can work but, I will be doing my best to start making your lovely bears again! Just to let you know my plans...
*I will be taking a limited number of orders to begin with...so you may need to wait a while initially before I can book you in. I work from home so have limited storage capacity.
*All clothes will need to be washed immediately prior to drop off
* All drop offs will be outside until Borris says we can go inside
* I do work full time as well so I will need a minimum of 1 month to complete your make (unless otherwise arranged)
* Again I work so will have limited appointments... please be kind and considerate as I may not be able to always accommodate your availability
* Payment must be made when you drop clothes offend not on completion of your make
*Unfortunately, due to difficulties in suppliers and increased cost on my part the price of standard bears (as seen in the pics) has increased to £30 with any additions such as bow ties charged as extras

This is obviously subject to change!

Finally thank you for your continued support...these bears have seen me through a lot and are a complete passion of mine. Each and every bear is handmade with love in every stitch....keep making memories and I will hopefully see you soon xx

What a difference a week off work makes! Whipped up this great fellow yesterday from hubby’s old shirts.... his ears aren’t quiet on pattern but he’s definitely a keeper!

It’s been a really long time! I’ve had a bit of a break... Christmas, job changes, home schooling and the biggest of all, COVID which has very much ground things to a halt!
I’m confident that nothing lasts forever (I think?!) ... so in the meant time I’ve finally got round to a bit of sewing and thought I’d give a collar a go... he’s not perfect but it’s fun to step out of your comfort zone every once in while... just not too often- lol xx

I hope all my makes have given you some comfort during 2020...they have seen me through one of the most challenging years and all your lovely messages have both inspired me and brought hope.
In spite of life’s challenges we carry on and we will continue to do so.
I hope as 2020 draws to a close we will all remember what is important...to be surrounded by love and happy memories xx

A few from the last few weeks x
Some wonderful fabrics and special memories for people I’m sure.
I am sad to say though that I am now putting a hold on memory items (with the exception of those that I have on order now as they have already been quarantined). As I’m sure you can understand cutting and sewing fabric generates a vast amount of fluff and given the current rise in COVID-19 I need to do my bit to keep my family and customers safe.
I’ll be sure to keep all my lovely customers and followers up to date and let you know when I’m opening up again.

Well I was a bit anxious about denim but wow! Also a new addition of detachable bow ties. So thrilled with how these beautiful bears turned out. Three lovely bears for a lovely lady x
