As the wheel of the year turns towards the Summer Solstice, we welcome the longest day and the height of the sun’s power. 🌞

For thousands of years, this sacred point in the calendar has been celebrated as a time of abundance, gratitude and joy, a chance to honour all that is flourishing and all that is yet to bloom. ☀️

At the heart of our Summer Solstice crystal grid sits a golden lotus glowing in the warmth of candlelight. The lotus symbolises growth and awakening, while the gentle flame reflects the life-giving energy of the sun itself. 🪷

Radiating outwards are Rose Quartz points, encouraging love, compassion and harmony, followed by Opalite thumbstones, often associated with optimism, emotional balance and embracing new beginnings. ✨

Clear Quartz then amplifies and strengthens the energy of the grid before the outer circle of Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz spheres gently spreads that intention in every direction. 💛

The shapes are just as meaningful as the stones themselves. Points focus and direct energy, while spheres radiate it evenly, creating a beautiful balance between intention and flow. 🌿

Together, they create a grid filled with warmth, light and possibility, perfect for welcoming the energy of the season and setting intentions for the months ahead. 🌞

We will be open from 10am until 9pm all weekend and would love to welcome you to town. 💛

Wishing you a beautiful Summer Solstice filled with sunshine, laughter and joy. ☀️✨

The Summer Solstice is almost here, and Glastonbury is preparing for one of the most magical weekends of the year. ✨☀️✨

The longest day and shortest night of the year has been honoured for centuries as a time of light, renewal and connection. As the sun reaches its peak, there’s always something truly special in the air across Avalon. 🌞🌿

Just before sunrise on Sunday 21st June,
many will gather on Glastonbury Tor to welcome the dawn with drumming, music, singing and ceremony as the sun rises over the Somerset Levels. 🌅🥁

Later in the morning, Chalice Well will host its Summer Solstice celebration and meditation, and in evening the Glastonbury Goddess Temple holds its Solstice Ceremony. 🌹🔮✨

If sunrise isn’t for you, don’t miss sunset on the Tor the evening before; one of the most beautiful moments of the whole Solstice weekend. 🌄💫

Whether you’re drawn by ancient traditions, spiritual celebration, music, community or simply the beauty of Glastonbury in midsummer, it’s always an unforgettable experience. 🌞💚

White Rabbit Glastonbury will be open throughout the week and weekend from 10am–9pm, and we have some lovely Solstice events such as a cacao ceremony, a solstice ceremony and an akashic records workshop taking place too. Pop in and see us or send us a DM for more info. ✨🐇✨

Will you be celebrating the Summer Solstice in Glastonbury this year? 🌞💛

In Norse mythology, Odin is known as the Allfather, the restless seeker of wisdom, poetry and magic. Unlike many warrior gods, his greatest strength was never brute force, but his willingness to sacrifice in pursuit of deeper understanding. He gave an eye for a drink from the Well of Wisdom and hung from Yggdrasil, the great World Tree, for nine days and nights to uncover the secrets of the runes. ✨🌳✨

One of the most captivating details in Odin’s story is the pair of ravens resting upon his shoulders. Huginn, whose name means Thought, and Muninn, meaning Memory, fly across the Nine Realms each day before returning to whisper all they have seen and heard into his ears. Together, they remind us that wisdom comes not only from knowledge, but from reflection and remembrance. 🖤

This beautiful statue captures those faithful companions perfectly, standing watch beside the Allfather as they have through countless myths and legends. Their presence is a gentle reminder to stay curious, keep learning and listen closely to the stories unfolding around us. 🐦‍⬛

His winged helmet speaks of the realms beyond our own, while the intricate armour reflects his role as wanderer, protector and king. Even the braided beard feels rich with symbolism, echoing ancient traditions of honour, strength and craftsmanship. From the scales of his armour to the calm, knowing expression upon his face, every detail invites a closer look. ✨⚔️✨

Whether you are drawn to Odin as a seeker of wisdom and magic or simply because he is one of mythology’s most fascinating figures, this striking piece carries the old stories with it. May he always spark our wonder, curiosity and imagination. ✨🙏🏼✨

The Elder Futhark Runes have one of the most magical origin stories in mythology. According to Norse legend, Odin hung from Yggdrasil, the great World Tree, for nine days and nights in search of wisdom. When the runes finally revealed themselves to him, they brought with them knowledge, mystery and magic. 🌳

The runes were never just letters. Each symbol carries its own meaning and energy, and for centuries they have been used as tools for guidance, reflection and insight. ✨

Their story is also woven together with the Norns, the three keepers of fate who dwell beneath Yggdrasil’s roots. Watching over the past, present and future, they remind us that our lives are part of a much larger tapestry, always growing and changing. 🕊️

This beautiful Elder Futhark set is carved from Carnelian, a stone loved for its warm, fiery energy. Often associated with courage, confidence and motivation, it is said to help spark creativity and inspire positive action. 🔥

One of the most recognisable figures in Buddhist tradition, this smiling Buddha is often known as Budai, the wandering monk whose laughter, generosity and joyful spirit made him beloved across China and beyond. Over time, many traditions came to see him as a living embodiment of Maitreya, the Future Buddha, who is said to appear in an age of greater peace, wisdom and compassion. ✨🙏🏼✨

Whether viewed as Budai, Maitreya, or a beautiful blending of both, his message remains simple: carry less worry, share more kindness, and remember that life’s greatest blessings are not always measured in material things. 💛

Hand carved from Saur wood, this piece has a warmth and character that feels almost alive. Every curve, fold and smiling expression has been shaped by hand, giving him a presence that brings a sense of calm and warmth to the room. ✨🌞✨

Many people place a Laughing Buddha in their home, meditation space or workplace as a symbol of happiness, prosperity and contentment. A gentle reminder to meet each day with an open heart and a joyful spirit.

There is something timeless about his smile. A quiet invitation to set down what feels heavy, even just for a moment, and to remember the simple joy of being here now. ✨🙏🏼✨

Sometimes the world can feel really busy. So today we thought we would pause and simply share a small moment of joy. ✨

A family of ducklings weaving their way through the lily pads in the Abbey grounds, with Glastonbury Tor watching quietly in the distance. 🌿

Simple magic that we hope brings a smile to your day. 🤍

June carries a special feeling. The days stretch a little longer, the light lingers until later, and the quiet build-up to the Summer Solstice begins. ✨

To welcome the month ahead, we created this crystal grid using Lapis Lazuli, Black Tourmaline, Smoky Quartz, Pyrite and Himalayan Clear Quartz. 💙

The deep blue circle of Lapis Lazuli invites wisdom, intuition and clear communication. Black Tourmaline pyramids create a strong foundation of protection and grounding, while Smoky Quartz helps release what no longer needs to be carried. Pyrite pillars bring confidence, motivation and positive energy, while Clear Quartz points and obelisks gently amplify and direct the energy throughout the grid. 🔮

There is something beautiful about working with sacred shapes. The circle draws everything into harmony, the pyramids anchor energy into the earth, the pillars encourage steady growth, and the crystal points act like tiny beacons, focusing intention with clarity and purpose. ✨

As we move towards the Solstice, this grid is a gentle reminder to stay grounded, trust your inner wisdom, and make space for what is ready to grow. 🌿

Some symbols seem to echo through the centuries. Found in ancient temples, sacred art and the natural world, the Flower of Life has long been seen as a symbol of harmony, creation and the connection between all living things. ✨

This beautiful sterling silver pendant brings that timeless pattern to life, adorned with deep garnet gemstones that glow like tiny ruby red stars. ❤️

Garnet is often associated with courage, passion and grounding energy, while sterling silver has long been linked with intuition, protection and the gentle wisdom of the moon. 🌙

Together they create a piece that feels ancient and elegant. A small reminder that even in life’s busiest moments, there is still beauty, balance and meaning woven through it all. ✨❤️✨

A keeper of secret wisdom, dreams and hidden paths. The sort of spirit who appears softly at crossroads in life, guiding travellers through dark forests, moonlit ruins and moments when the world suddenly feels touched with magic again. ✨🗝️✨

Spirit Guide by Anne Stokes stands with enormous feathered wings outstretched behind her, dressed in flowing bronze robes adorned with delicate patterns and tiny turquoise jewels. In her hand she carries an ancient key, as though she alone knows the door it belongs to. 🌙

There is something so gracefully enchanting about her. Like a guardian waiting to welcome you into an ancient sanctuary. ✨

We love every intricate detail in this piece. Each delicate feather, every fold of her gown, the calm knowing expression on her face. She feels elegant, protective and timeless all at once. 🤍

Now quietly watching over White Rabbit Glastonbury until she finds her next home. ✨🐇✨
