Princess Slayer is a fabled collaboration between Emperor’s Brewery and Black Iris Brewery that they did way back in 2018 and has been in high demand for a rebrew.

This time, they brewed two variations of the beer. First, the base beer with plenty of sour cherry purée and cacao nibs for that beautiful chocolate and sour cherry tang.

And then they also aged half the brew in Heaven Hill Distillery Bourbon Barrels for six months, adding another level of depth and rich, deep flavour with notes of vanilla and caramel that marry with the chocolate and cherry for a delicious stout.

11% ABV

We only have 6 cans of this so get in quick! That’s literally all we could get a hold of.
