This is a wonderful flavour and inspired by Amy Matthews' dessert choice on Off Menu inspiration comes all the time from hearing and seeing things as you live, and is one of the best things about having a business that allows experimentation like this.
It's delicious and it's in the fridge in the shop and Artisan Collection boxes online.

Open tomorrow some bonus Easter treats. There's wee salted caramel eggs, hazelnut praline eggs, honeycomb mini eggs and this dark 60% chocolate egg made tonight in egg class.
Going to keep an eye on the storm and possibly close earlier if it isn't great. If you have collections, come down earlier in the day or send a message to check. 🤩

A little note on Easter eggs with less than 3 weeks to go 🐣

Because everything is made by hand, I need to plan production. It’s not something I can do last minute.

So I’m making eggs in batches (putting all my eggs in one basket?)

There are lots of options, hollow, filled, dark, milk, white, decorated or simple. Pistachio or Salted Caramel.

Pre-orders genuinely make a big difference, so if you’re thinking of ordering, it really helps to get it in ahead of time.

This week I’ll be making lots of extra bonbons ready for Mother’s Day boxes.

We will be open again Fri-Sun. You can pop in and pick up a ready made box, choose your own flavours, order for click & collect, or have them posted to you or elsewhere. We’re all over it.
