"I challenge anyone to see one of The Grey Earl's coasters, prints or cards and not get a wee smile on their face. This one is probably my favourite. It's a bit of a perfect confluence of parts. The almost universal appeal of Star Wars is an immediate hook. As for me, I was one of those ten year olds who broke my toy lightsabre whilst whacking it around, fighting off some imaginary nefarious Sith Lord. Making Stormtroopers the subject of some classic Scottish patter is an excellent touch. My guess is this isn't their first pint if they've got to the point of shouting out 'Lads, lads, lads'. I like it as a coaster, because while I'm sipping my coffee at my work desk, it gives me a wee chuckle."

Once upon a time we used to cut bubble wrap off a massive roll to wrap delicate items for customers... Then, a couple of years after we opened, we discovered bubble wrap bags. They cost a little more, but we end up using far less plastic and things get wrapped in a fraction of the time it used to take.
