'I cannot thank Regent Funeral Services enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed throughout my grandad’s funeral arrangements.
From start to finish, the entire team were outstanding, making an incredibly difficult time much more manageable for our family. A special mention must go to Natalya, who was absolutely amazing. She made us all feel safe, supported, and reassured every step of the way. Her kindness, empathy, and attention to detail never went unnoticed, and she truly went above and beyond for us.
One part of the process the family were particularly nervous about was visiting my grandad in the chapel of rest. We were anxious about what to expect as it’s an experience we’ve never done before and emotions were so high. However, thanks to the care and support of the team, it became one of the most comforting experiences. My grandad looked so peaceful and dignified, and it was clear how much love, respect, and care had gone into looking after him. Being able to spend that time with him brought a great deal of comfort to our family, and I will always be grateful for how sensitively it was handled.
They were especially wonderful with my nanna, treating her with such patience, dignity, and compassion during one of the hardest times of her life. Knowing she was being cared for so thoughtfully brought our family a great deal of comfort.
Losing a loved one is never easy, but Natalya, Dave and the rest of the team helped make the experience as bearable as possible. We will always be grateful for the support they gave us and would highly recommend them to anyone!
