Absolutely great to be back at the gym after a whole week off with a bug.
I can't recommend James Garrity Fitness enough.
It's a family run business by James and his wife Beth Garrity who are both very knowledgeable about the fitness industry, they are passionate about helping their clients achieve exactly what they want and will always give honest advice and feedback.
Abbie has lost nearly 3 stone since Feb , I have really toned up and dropped a dress size and Owen is lifting really heavy weights and has bulked up his muscles which he wanted to do.
There is always an influx of new clients in January however if anyone wants to get ahead and look fitter and slimmer for Xmas why not join now?
I do know there will be a price increase in January but if you join now the monthly price will stay the same for however long you go.

It's just before the Tyne Bridge Gateshead side and we park in the mecca bingo for £1 so it's easy to get too.
You honestly won't regret it , we all absolutely love it and it has given me a lot of confidence back in myself.
Everyone is so friendly and supportive, we have made some lovely new friends there.
You've got nothing to lose but pounds and inches so why not give it a try.
