The sunflowers are almost in full bloom, and if you’ve been waiting to visit, now is the time!

Here’s what’s happening this week:

• Wednesday – CLOSED
• Thursday – 10am–5pm – bring your own picnic and come and enjoy it amongst the sunflowers
• Friday – 3pm–8pm – our special Sunset Opening, with a bar, pizzas and music in the field
• Saturday – 10am–5pm – Nomad Coffee
• Sunday – 10am–5pm – Nomad Coffee

After weeks of watching the field gradually come to life, more and more of our sunflowers are now in bloom and the field is looking beautiful. Sunflower season doesn’t last forever, so if you’ve been meaning to come and see it, don’t leave it too long!

When you visit, you can wander through our sunflower paths, discover 11 different varieties, enjoy our photo opportunities including the Sunflower Arch and Butterfly Wings, climb the bale pyramid, explore the Christmas Tree Walk or simply find a spot to sit and enjoy the views.

Pick your own sunflowers are £1 per stem, so please remember to bring your own scissors or secateurs if you’d like to take some home.

Entry is £5 per adult, £3 per child aged 2–16 and free for under 2s.

A few things to remember before you visit:

• Please wear suitable, sturdy footwear as the paths are uneven and stony.
• The sunflower field and Christmas Tree Walk are unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs, pushchairs or prams due to the uneven paths.
• Dogs are very welcome but must remain on leads, and please remember to clean up after them.
• Toilet facilities and plenty of free parking are available on site.

We’re open today from 9am–5pm!

Come and spend your Sunday amongst the sunflowers at Fillingham.

Wander through the field and discover our 11 different sunflower varieties, pick your favourites to take home, enjoy our photo opportunities, explore the Christmas Tree Walk or simply take some time to sit back and enjoy the surroundings.

The Dirrty Pig are with us today serving food for breakfast and lunch, plus hot drinks, so you can grab something delicious while you’re here.

Entry prices

• Pick your own sunflowers – £1 per stem

Pack up your favourite picnic, grab a blanket and come and spend a few hours with us amongst the sunflowers tomorrow.

Find a spot to sit back and enjoy your picnic surrounded by the flowers, wander through the field and discover our 11 different sunflower varieties, pick your favourites to take home, enjoy all of our photo opportunities and explore the Christmas Tree Walk. It’s a lovely way to slow down, spend some time together and make the most of a summer’s day in the countryside.

There won’t be any food or drink vendors with us tomorrow, so please bring your own picnic and plenty to drink. We will have Blyton Ice Cream available, with vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and mint choc chip to choose from.

We’re open Saturday from 10am–5pm, with last entry at 4pm.

A quick update from the sunflower field

Due to the heat today, we’ve made the decision to close an hour earlier than planned and are now closed for the rest of the day.

Thank you so much to everyone who visited us today, and apologies to anyone who was planning to come along later this afternoon.

We’ll be back open tomorrow from 10am–5pm, with last entry at 4pm.

Something a little different is happening at the sunflower field today.

We’re staying open late for our special Sunset & Solar Eclipse opening, giving you the chance to enjoy the sunflowers as the sun begins to set and hopefully catch a glimpse of the solar eclipse too.

We’re open 3pm–8pm today, with last entry at 7pm.

Nomad Coffee Company will be with us throughout the evening, so grab a drink and enjoy a wander through the field, pick your own sunflowers, make the most of our photo opportunities and explore the Christmas Tree Walk.

Something a little different is happening at the sunflower field this week!

Here are our opening times for the week ahead:

• Monday – Closed
• Tuesday – Closed
• Wednesday – 3pm–8pm for our special sunset & solar eclipse opening. Last entry 7pm.
• Thursday – 10am–5pm
• Friday – 10am–5pm
• Saturday – 10am–5pm – BYO Picnic Day
• Sunday – 10am–5pm

On Wednesday we’re staying open later than usual, giving you the chance to enjoy the sunflower field as the sun goes down and hopefully catch a glimpse of the solar eclipse too. Nomad Coffee Company will be with us throughout the evening.

On Saturday, we’re doing things a little differently. Bring along your own picnic and enjoy it amongst the sunflowers. We have picnic benches available, or bring a blanket and find yourself a spot to sit back and enjoy the surroundings. There will only be Blyton Ice Cream available to purchase on Saturday, so please remember to bring everything you’d like with you.

Nomad Coffee will also be with us on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, and on Sunday The Dirrty Pig will be back joining us for food.

Entry is £5 per adult, £3 per child (2-16) and free for under 2s. Pick your own sunflowers are £1 per stem.
