Quinoa is actually a seed and is pre-biotic! It has a nutty, mild taste and is high in protein, fibre, antioxidants and magnesium. What a powerhouse 🙌🏻
It’s also gluten free, so a great substitute for pasta.

I love rhubarb, but sometimes find it tricky to think of ways to use it apart from stewing it or popping it in a crumble.
But this lemonade is delicious! And super easy….
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups chopped rhubarb
2 springs of rosemary
2/3 cup of fresh lemon juice

Add the rhubarb, rosemary, water and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil. After about a minute reduce the heat and simmer for 10 mins. Strain the mixture and combine with the lemon juice. Add a few cups of water. Pop in the fridge to chill.
(You can use the strained rhubarb mix as a topping for yogurt so it doesn’t get wasted).

Take note of the old containers and the fact that I haven’t filled everything to the brim. Both of these things are completely normal.
You do not need brand new containers and there is no obligation to fill your tubs and bags up completely!

This is an example of my shopping for this week, sometimes I need much more, sometimes less. But I always only buy what I need. That’s the beauty of refill shopping 🙌🏻
