Santa's Grotto Frome

Update from our 'Tree of Hope' collection. Yesterday we visited Sarah Fay at the RUH in Bath from the childrens cancer ward to finally hand over the sum of £400 donated by our caring visitors and ourselves here at Santa's Grotto Frome. Sarah was extremely greatful to all who had donated to this wonderful cause and explained what a difference such a sum will make. It allows them to treat the children in their care if they have been brave through a difficult procedure, it helps parents who are struggling with potentially one having to give up work during treatment and covering some basic costs that make an impact, and it can also be used to give their patients little day out activities to brighten their day and take their mind off what they are enduring. Sarah said it will make such a difference having those funds.

We at Santa's Grotto Frome would also like to thank the generosity of our visitors for your donations for what was the first year of our 'Tree of Hope. We will look forward to welcoming all our visitors new and old back later this year when we open our Calendar for visits for Christmas 2026. The excitement has been palpable all day, but now is the time to settle down and get sleepy so that Father Christmas can come to Frome to deliver presents.
Santa and Mrs C are back with another corker of a story, that was picked with the help of Hunting Raven Books in Cheap Street.
This year, its all about the reindeers, enjoy!

Just letting you all know our competition winners name was pulled from the big sack last night and our winner is the very appropriately named

Snow is over the moon and is going to share her voucher with her sister River. We think that is very kind, and we will be getting her voucher to her shortly. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, I better get back on the sleigh.... ho...ho....ho
