Believe it or not, I’m not just about making art. Here’s a little scene I put together for my grandchildren to play with. Creativity begins early, through play—giving them the chance to explore different materials and let their imaginations run free.

Watching how their little minds work brings me so much joy—it’s a pleasure to see what they come up with.

Some days, motivation just isn’t there—and that’s okay. Let it slide and give yourself permission to simply play. I like to begin with a few loose scribbles and see what unfolds from there.

You never quite know where it’ll lead. That’s the joy of it—no plan, no pressure, just colour finding its way onto the page. Simple, playful, and a bit of fun.
