How have you all been this last month? Keeping cozy I hope!
Apologies again for not being able to make it last time. Hopefully tomorrow will make it up to you.

As most of you know, tomorrow is the Pop Up Shop, from 10am - 2pm at their roastery in Arbroath (see second image for details).
This month will be joining in also with their stunning pottery - ideal for beautiful Christmas pressies. Along with beautiful handmade recycled plastic jewellery.
We’ll all give you a giggle if nothing else.

It’s Pop Up Shop time again!!!! 🥰

Kathryn is correct - I will not be joining them for the Pop Up Shop this weekend - the lurgy hit me and there has been no chance of baking for tomorrow.
But - there will be coffee, Jeni Reid Artist with her beautiful recycled plastic necklaces and earrings and Endometriosis UK Dundee Support Group will be there to offer lots of info.
I hope everyone keeps safe & cosy this weekend 💨☔️

No cake at Saturday's pop up :(

Myself and are sad to have to tell you that is no longer joining us for the pop up on Saturday. She has caught something cheap and nasty, doesn't want to share it and frankly, is confined to bed so baking is a big no-no. We are gutted but we really hope it won't stop you from popping along for our banter and to top up your coffee supplies.

We have Vicky from swinging by for a while so if you have questions about Endometritis, she's the girl to ask.

We are sending happy and healing thoughts to Ailsa and know she will miss seeing everyone. She will be back, fighting fit, in November. Also joining us in November is Tina from with her gorgeous ceramics. Something to look forward to!

Looking forward to catching up with you on Saturday between 10am and 2pm.

I have Plum & Blackberry Upside Down Cake with a side of Creme Diplomat……she’s not pretty but she’s blooming tasty!!!

P O P U P W E E K E N D

On Saturday, as part of A Taste of Angus Food and Drink Festival, we are holding our Pop Up Shop at the roastery, from 10am - 2pm

We close for our holidays after Wednesdays roast, so if you’re hoping for some coffee in the next few weeks, this is a good chance to get some supplies to last you.
We will also have with her recycled jewellery, some made from our grain pro bags, and rumour has it that she has made earrings this month!
will be joining us with her cake, rumour has it some Plum & Blackberry will make an appearance, along with the usual favourites.

If you cannot make it, that’s a shame, but Ailsa has agreed to man a stall for us at first Forfar market on Saturday 13th, while we are all on a much needed holiday.

We hope to see lots of you on Saturday at our Pop Up Shop - see attached image for more details 🥰

Tomorrow is the monthly Pop Up Shop at .
I shall be there with a few cakes, including this ridiculously delicious Coconut Cream Cake.
🥥A buttery sponge cake, full of coconut, topped with a velvety smooth coconut cream & toasted coconut flakes.

Hello! How on earth are we nearing August already? It’s bonkers.
But next weekend, Saturday 2nd August, I will be doing a Pop Up at Sacred Grounds Coffee Company Roastery in Arbroath, with local artist Jeni Reid.
Come long for a natter and some goodies, the Men’s Shed will be open also 🥰

I hope you’re all having a lovely summer, and coping with the muggy heat at the moment?
Unfortunately I am not, so apologies for the lack of Pop Ups over the summer months!! I’m willing the slightly cooler weather to hurry up so that my energy levels increase and pain levels decrease, and I can whip up some more cake for you all!

Pop Up Shop is back!!
Tomorrow, 10am - 2pm I will be joining them at their Roastery in Arbroath for a pop up shop. I have cakes to take away, they have bags of coffee and the very lovely will be there with her jewellery made from recycled plastic grain-pro bags used to deliver the coffee beans, and some other pieces.
I know a lot of you are off on Summer hols - please bring some sun and warmth back you 🙏, and for those of us left behind, some coffee and cake will warm you up in this late Autumn weather we’re having this week! 🤭
Either way, have a lovely weekend, but I hope to see some of you tomorrow!

Hello all!
Can we believe it’s July already?
It’s been a wee while - I’ve been away on hols, I turned 50 and it didn’t hurt at all, we finally laid my folks together and had family visit from the other side of the world. I’ve had lots of time with family and friends and I’m now back home to make some cake.
It’s time for the Sacred Grounds Coffee Company Pop Up again this weekend!!!
10am - 2pm, this Saturday, we will be at the Roastery in Arbroath, with Artist Jeni Reid bringing her gorgeous recycled jewellery, there will be pieces from Saela Ceramics & The Candle Bothy

As we start the month of July, it’s made me wonder where the last half of the year has gone? It seems we were welcoming in the New Year, blinked, and we’re now moving on to the second half.
In Scotland July means rain, school holidays, raspberries and lots of Highland Games. It’s a busy month for a lot of us.
But…….it also signifies the return of our Pop Up Shop!

We have some delicious coffees available for you to come and buy direct from us in our Roastery in Arbroath - of course our new Columbian which I spoke about the other day - and several more.
If you’re looking for a treat at the end of the long week, we have Coffee, Cake & beautiful handcrafted pieces to take home with you.
The Pop Up Shop is open 10am - 2pm and we hope to see you all there.
