A lovely set-width stair runner we recently fitted for a prestigious designer store in London.

This stunning Wilton-style carpet had to be fitted the traditional old-school way, where the inside corners don’t line up perfectly to allow the runner to twist naturally around the stairs. It’s a skilled installation method that takes patience, precision, and experience—but the end result is well worth it. 😁

I am very proud to have made it to the carpet fitter of the year finals! Even just entering this competition was a huge achievement for me but to be amongst some of the very best in the trade is overwhelming , thanks to all my customers over the years & shops I work with and thanks for the support 🥰 roll on september

Yesterday I competed in the National institute of carpet and floorlayers carpet fitter of the year competition at the in Birmingham.

What a great experience it was and fair play to anyone who puts themselves on a platform to be judged on there work. Its is not easy 😬

Its something I've always wanted to do ever since I heard of this competion & im very proud to be in the mix with some of the best in the uk

Over the last 19 years I've out my heart and soul into my trade & I still very much love it

fibre flooring - seagrass shaped and binded by us using Jaspa Woven -taupe herringbone, fitted and finished off with Stairrods UK Ltd jubilee -bronze rods creating the perfect combination to this staircase 😁
