In 49 years of life I can honestly say this week has been one of the toughest.

At the start of the week we received a devastating phone call and it's been so hard to process what's happened.

I'm not going into details but what I will say is this: Just because someone smiles , it doesn't mean that they are okay, sometimes the loudest laughs mask the biggest pain. Check in on your family and friends , even the ones who appear to be loving life .

I'm gonna miss that laugh 💚
