We're so excited for RoniB's Kitchen to be joining us at the Elvetham Heath Food Festival on Sunday 6th September from 10am to 4pm.
Our flagship Adobo Sauce โ and the recipe that started with my family. ๐ต๐ญ
In the Philippines, every family has their own way of making adobo. Every region has its own version too. This jar is based on my familyโs recipe, made easy for busy kitchens.
And no โ Filipino adobo isnโt naturally spicy! Itโs different from Mexican or Spanish adobo. But if you like heat, add chilli. Or make it your own with coconut milk, lemongrass or your favourite vegetables.
A few easy ways to cook with it:
๐ฅฉ Meat: 1 jar for around 500g
๐ Aubergine & vegetables: start with ยฝ jar
๐ Fish: lightly fry first, then pour over ยฝ jar
Serve with rice and fresh tomatoes for a simple, satisfying meal. One jar can serve around 4โ6 people, depending on what you're cooking.
The sauce does the heavy lifting โ so you can put a flavour-packed meal on the table without breaking a sweat. And one of our favourite bits of customer feedback? Kids love it too!
There may be a thousand and one ways to cook adobo. This is ours. โค๏ธ
