Yesterday I was asked by one or two customers if I sell solid shampoo and conditioner bars. The answer was yes but unfortunately I didn't have any on the stall. But they asked if I have a website and a business card. So I hope they will go onto the website and place an order.

It's serene Sunday. What are you doing today? I'm mainly hanging out with these guys. We're going for a romp round the woods, have a tidy up in the garden, and Pea is getting groomed ... which she hates ... but she's itchy and shedding clumps of hair everywhere so it has to be done.

Next weekend is my last full weekend off until Christmas. So I try to enjoy whatever time I have off.

Enjoying time off, whether you're chilling in front of the tv, or busy enjoying activities, is essential for our wellbeing. Life is not all about cleaning, laundry, and other chores. The dust will still be there tomorrow, and of course you can make that t-shirt last for an extra day.

Here I am at Fleet Market. This time I'm between Duo Delights Bakery and Karen Jones Art. Quite a diverse market today. There are people demonstrating 1st aid/1st aid on infants, there's are stalls for opticians, foot health, karate, plus the usual curry, fruit and veg, flowers. It's chilly, but there are plenty of warm smiley faces.

You can spice up your Halloween with these vividly coloured bath bombs. Drop a bath bomb into warm clean water and watch it foam and fizz vigorously releasing its perfume and colours.

Handmade in UK, they may have some cracks or crumbles due to nature of making, but this does not affect use. You can choose from 3 different designs and scents, which are fennel, aniseed, coconut and lime.

I will be at Fleet Market this coming Saturday (14th October).
