We hadn’t yet come up with these little beauties when chose us to be one of their 50 Best Bakeries in the UK this year. But we do think that they might help us get into the list again next year! Maple and Pecan Danishes - Nourish style (meaning really bloody good!)

Think matcha is trendy? Think again! There’s something even tastier: roasted powdered tea called hojicha. We’ve been fans of hojicha tea for a long time but used it in baking for the first time this week for these Hojicha and Cherry Cruffins. And if you like its deep nutty and malty flavour we have some bags of hojicha from for sale in Nourish’s little pantry!

Have you tried our new focaccia? sheep caerphilly cheese and young nettles foraged from the Gwaun Valley on our sourdough base. So good it inspired to create a new pizza flavour. And you’ll know why when you try it!
