👥Community Hub Advisors: Providing early help, preventative information advice, guidance, and support on everyday issues.
🤝Connect to Work (Twinings-Hestia): Providing careers information, advice and guidance to young people who need help getting into education, employment or training.
🫱🏾‍🫲🏽ILAYS: Helping BAME communities and new arrivals in West London to reach their full potential. Helping people to feel comfortable and – above all – happy in their lives here in the UK.
🤝Adult Social Care: Hounslow Council’s Adult Social Care hold a gazebo, known as the ‘pop-up’ advice and information shop, run by the Community Information Team. The gazebo is usually staffed with a social worker or specialist professional to help answer residents’ queries around adult health and social care, signposting and if need be onward referral.
🚭Healthy Hounslow Smoking Cessation: Providing professional and flexible services for clients looking to quit smoking via remote or face-to-face in the local community.
🏡Housing Team (variable): Looks at any issues in communal areas that requires improvement including anti-social behaviour. Working with those who live on estates where there are improvements needed.

Get to know the team at The Pet Vet! 👋 Meet Chairman & Founder Dr Rob Jones MRCVS, pictured here with his dog Skye. 🐶
