Just a little rant and I don't normally do this but I have to clear up something

A customer has come in today complaining his bouquet of 12 carnation @£1.75 each =£21 and greenery £3 and wrappings extra and time to make up etc wasn't worth the £24.50 he paid and then he complained I charged him delivery on a Saturday at a requested time he wanted and we were there dead on the time which I don't normally do.
I have to pay a driver to deliver, price of fuel etc but he expected me to give him free delivery and free greenery.

I'm sorry my delivery driver doesn't work for nothing and I have to pay for my fuel and my wholesaler dictates the price of the flower which then I have to charge.

His parting words "well I will never use you again"

Rant over I'm sorry you feel that way maybe next time shop elsewhere and see what you get for your money.

Some beautiful teachers bouquets💐, Sweets and plant gifts have left the workroom for delivery to our local schools to say thank you to some teachers. Also beautiful bright hand tied bouquets have Gone out for birthdays and Anniversaries.

For all the people who picked up yesterday there teacher gifts yesterday hope they loved them today.

We have a wedding set up at the spinnaker tower this morning so we will be closed for roughly 2 hours soon prob back open around 1pm. Lorraine has the shop phone with her so will answer any calls if she can if she doesn't answer then leave a little message and she will call you back asap.

What a beautiful day for a wedding and I can't wait to see how clear it is up the tower today for this wedding.

Roses, Peonies, Spray rose, Freesia, Lisianthus, Dahlia, Gyp. Stocks and Sweet William,
4 bridesmaids - artificial supplied by the brides but we just added in fresh gyp to make them prettier.
