Crafted from upcycled oak wine barrels retired from the prestigious Stellenbosch vineyards.These pieces embody heritage, preserving the authentic, weathered character of the wood. 🥰 We're so delighted to welcome a truly special, small collection to the shop: exquisite, hand-printed textiles from 🎨

Every cushion, runner, and textile is brought to life through a meticulous, loving hand-screen printing process in Cape Town. Each vibrant piece of art is infused with the sunny spirit of Cape Town. ☀️

Carole Nevin's textiles began organically, hand-painting fabrics in her garage and selling them at local craft markets. From that small beginning, it grew into a business focused on the community, where Carole trained and employed from the surrounding area. 🏡 💞

🎉 We are absolutely thrilled to have this collection available to share with you in our shop now.

🍂 October Farmers Market at Creake Abbey this Saturday 4th October.

One of our faves, the scenery colours slowly turn golden and red and the beautiful produce change perfect for those comfort dishes.

So the weather is looking a little autumnal but fear not, we have lots of stalls in the barn and covered spaces, courtyard shops (wink,wink) and the for you to dive into.

And in more news we have a new neighbour... The lovely Roxy is soon opening studio here! So take a little peep as you pass.

It's annual Plant Lovers' Day this Saturday 17th May 10am-4pm. Think, climbers, bulbs, herbs you name it and of course it's the best of the bunch!

We'll be open along with our courtyard shop friends...

🌺 Find our newly added artwork in full bloom, (📸 a snippet of the selection) among more floral pieces to take your fancy and of course including out bestselling porcelain flower diffuser stems.

Whilst 100% of the entry fee of £5pp goes to charity and we truly recommend you take the time to explore, the courtyard shops are accessible free of charge.

When we discovered these, we were truly fascinated by the detail and care the skilled artist puts into them. Each tile transports you to a different memory, a different place... A real conversation starter.
If you look closely you'll notice that these are not impressions, in fact the opposite, positive expressions from the surface.
We feel super lucky to share these creations by a truly talented craftsman.

Available as single tiles or readily selected mosaics with complimentary colours.

We’ve created cape vanilla to bring back and retail some of our favourites - a handful of unique lines which each tell a story.
