You can make this…Homemade Labneh 🧀🧀
Simple but impressive, this homemade dip topped with pistachios and pomegranate
is the perfect addition to a Mother’s Day feast.
Ingredients:
The Ultimate Cheese Making Kit
500g Yoghurt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pomegranate Seeds
Pistachios
Za’atar
Pitta Breads
Salt
Pepper
Method:
Make the Labneh according to the kit instructions.
Allow the Labneh to come up to room temperature before serving.
Spread the Labneh over a serving plate. Top with a generous drizzle of oil, a good
pinch of za’atar, some chopped pistachios, pomegranate seeds and a pinch of salt &
pepper.
Serve with toasted pitta breads
