I seen this image on another group and it was a reminder that have having a Drone Finder Operator ID Sticker on the drone is a sure way to help the return of lost drones.

We are launching a new service to help provide drone owners with an extra layer of security.

When using one of Drone Finders Custom QR Coded Operator IDs, your details are stored in our global database.

What does this mean?

If you lose your drone and cannot find it. But a member of the public does, they can scan the QR Code, which says “Please scan for details” and they will be taken to the Drone Finder website, where they enter the Operator ID displayed on the sticker followed with their details.

Once these details are submitted our system will then do a search and once a match has been made an email is sent to the drone owner asking them to log into their account. Once logged in the finders details are displayed.
