Pop in next week and find your honey and tea pairing.

For Afternoon Tea Week, we’re serving three pairings with , with a different one to try every two days:

🫖 Rose Honey + Newhaven Harbour
🫖 Cranachan Honey + Blend No. 3
🫖 Linden Honey + Blue Lady

Earlier this spring, we took our honeys to PekoeTea and tasted them alongside their teas to find the combinations that worked best together. These are three of the pairings we came back with.

No booking needed, just drop in. Free to taste!

The long weekend called for something worth getting up for.

We've got a bit of news from the hives we've been quietly buzzing about. Our Scottish Heather Honey has officially been awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards, a rare honour, reserved for products judges consider extraordinary.

"This is as good as Scottish heather honey gets." — The Great Taste Judging Panel
This award isn't just a shiny badge on our jar. It is a celebration of traditional beekeeping, unblended artisan honey, and the millions of tiny flights our bees make across the rugged moorlands every August.

Cut straight from the frame. Nothing processed, nothing added. Eat the whole thing, wax and all. Pair it with cheese, drizzle it over yoghurt, spread it on toast, or just eat it straight off the block

Still buzzing from our third shop opening on Rodney Street in Canonmills last week.

A massive thank you to everyone who came to sample some honey, celebrate and support us! It was a wonderful day and we are so happy to be a part of this community. We couldn't have asked for a better welcome to the neighborhood 🫶

Warm weather calls for something worth sipping slowly. We've pulled together five of our favourite cocktails and mocktails, for whatever kind of garden party you've got planned this summer.

Each one is made with honey from our Hay Fever range, raw, local, and full of flavour, a lovely bonus if pollen season usually gets in the way of your fun.

We have officially opened our doors to our brand-new, honey shop on Rodney Street in Canonmills. It took weeks of planning, heaps of caffeine, and a whole lot of hard work, but we have finally turned this empty place into a cozy space.

It's one of the busiest times of year for our bees.

July means regular hive inspections as we check colony health, monitor honey stores and make sure our bees have plenty of room to keep bringing in nectar from the summer flowers.
