A productive morning at bakery, visiting their factory in Leith, and making plans for the Scottish Summer!

It was a real treat to see the how the biscuits are made by hand, all the way through the production process. Shortbread House use the very finest British ingredients all the way through to the finest final products.

There are lots of bakers making shortbread, but there's only one Shortbread House Of Edinburgh, and we're delighted to have their ranges on the shelves of our shops! Check out the story showing their staircase of awards.
