We love versatile furniture, so check out this beautiful table!✨

In which room would you place it?

Circa 1770. An early George III mahogany triangular shaped drop leaf table, the hinged triangular top with simple moulded fore-edge, the friezes with a pair of full-length drawers which are fixed to one side and sweep out, each with the original cast brass circular handle and back plate, beneath the drawers there are pierced quarter brackets, the table rests on four legs, which are square with extreme chamfering on the inside legs, one of the legs at the back is hinged and sweeps out to support the drop- leaf when open, a rare and unusual table.

Circa 1800. Rustic, French (Normandy area) carved oak 3-drawer commode. The top with rounded corners and moulded fore-edge above three graduated drawers (a deeper bombe top drawer above two shallower drawers) with cast brass handles and escutcheons and foliate relief carving, flanked by tapering pilasters with foliate capitals terminating in carved ball and claw feet. The chest sides with panelling. Lovely colour and patina.

Circa 1880. A quality pair of well patinated bronze ewers/jugs in the manner of ‘Claude-Michel Clodion’ attributed to ‘Maison Giroux’, the elegant high scrolled handles with winged putti finials, the bodies with finely cast and relief with a continuous band of musical putti throughout, on a circular foliate cast base, the urns have wonderful colour and patination.

Circa 1780. Inlaid 18th-century North Italian walnut commode. The top with twin panels, with radial walnut veneers, central oval geometrical inlays and parquetry inlaid borders over three long drawers, each with three parquetry outlined panels with brass rococo handles to the outside and cast brass Rococo escutcheons more centrally. The sides with further radial walnut veneers and oval geometrical inlaid panels. The chest with inlaid canted corners, and all supported on short tapering short feet. Beautiful mellow colour and original patina.
