Still searching for the perfect gift for Father’s Day this Sunday? We’ve got you covered! 😄

Forget the socks this year and get your Dad something a bit more unusual, like an Edinburgh brick! These bricks make great doorstops and garden features.

They’ve all got knocks and chips on them as they have been used and are nearly 100 years old. We had a small pile of these previously and they didn’t last long so be quick if you want one 🏃‍♂️

Homeward bound after a brilliant (and very exhausting!) day at 🚐✨

There’s always an incredible mix of weird, wonderful and downright unexpected treasures to discover. After clocking up 22,000 steps racing around the fair, the van is now packed with some fantastic finds!

I’ve spent the day hunting down beautiful pieces for the shop and, thankfully, managed to leave most of the truly bizarre items right where I found them… 😆

What a fabulous afternoon! 🌸✨

Today we ran a private craft workshop for 30 lovely hens celebrating a hen party and together we created beautiful dried flower wreaths. The room was full of laughter, creativity and plenty of gorgeous floral inspiration! 💐

Craft workshops are such a brilliant hen party activity because they’re perfect for all ages, everyone can get involved and each guest leaves with a handmade keepsake to remember the day. 💕

We absolutely love running private classes and can work with you to create an activity that suits your group, whether you’re planning a hen party, birthday celebration, baby shower or corporate event.

Take a look at these beautiful lace patterns, part of our collection of 1950s factory lace patterns originally from the Kilmarnock Lace Mill.

These patterns were created by Wylie & Campbell, designers and draughtsmen involved in the Scottish textile industry. The lace industry relied heavily on skilled draughtsmen to translate intricate patterns onto carding, which directed the Jacquard looms to create lace patterns.

Hand drawn and coloured, these patterns are a beautiful remnant of Scottish industrial history and will appeal to anyone with an interest in textiles, industrial heritage or anyone who enjoys unique wall art.

We’ve managed to get another collection of these beautiful lace pattern cards and they have just gone live on the website.

Created and coloured by hand in East Ayrshire and Nottingham in the 1950s, these lace patterns are a work of art in themselves.
