We took a step away from our roaster to help The Green Team Edinburgh. To mark invasive species week we helped remove Himalayan Balsam and Salmonberry from Corstorphine Hill. The issue with these two plants are that they spread rapidly and result in decreased pollination for other native plants.

We didn't see any Red Squirrels but we did wander down to the back of the zoo to spot some Kangaroos!

We look forward to the next outing to help however we can.
