Late Night Shopping Tonight in Little Chelsea!

The Little Chelsea Festive Fun & Fireworks is no longer going ahead this evening, however, many businesses have decided to stay open late, offering you the perfect opportunity to purchase gifts from local traders.

A huge thank you to Taboo who have pulled together a list of businesses who tonight will be extending their opening hours and staying late in Little Chelsea.

Gabriella Chamberlain Clinic : Open until 7pm - Offering gift cards, stocking fillers, skin and beauty products and candles for sale as well as limited beauty appointments available
The Art House : Open until 8pm - Pottery painting sessions
The Dice Box Eastbourne : Open until 11pm - Offering 10% off of all board games
Skylark : Open until 11pm - Offering Happy Hour on cocktails between 4pm - 6pm (2 cocktails for ยฃ15.00)
Pampered By Peri : (indoor stall at - Open until 8pm - Selling crystals, bath salts and other stocking fillers
The Grove Experience - Open until 8pm - For gift vouchers and stocking fillers
Wolf on the Corner : Open until 11pm - Serving mulled cider
Printers Playhouse : Open until 12am - Serving up mulled wine alongside a fantastic evening of music.

Due to the high winds forecast tomorrow, we are sad to announce that the Little Chelsea Festive Fun and Fireworks event has had to be cancelled.

With gusts of winds forecast to be in excess of 40mph after 4pm we have been forced to take this difficult decision.

We would like to thank the organisers behind this event, who have volunteered their time and worked on this event for the whole year. It is devastating to have to cancel after so much hard work. However, the health and safety of our customers, traders and visitors is our key concern.

Many businesses will remain open, and we hope you will continue to love local, and support Grove Road, South Street and our high street this Christmas.

Please note that we will be in contact with all stall holders regarding the cancellation of the event.

Our main stage opens at 4pm, following our fantastic festive procession, and weโ€™re thrilled to have the cast of this yearโ€™s The Royal Hippodrome Theatre, Eastbourne pantomime, Sleeping Beauty, joining us to officially kick things off! โœจ

Expect festive fun, big energy and a touch of panto magic as they help launch an afternoon full of Christmas celebrations in Little Chelsea.

Sleeping Beauty runs from 5th December to 2nd January. ๐ŸŽ„

Our Festive Dog Show returns to Christmas in Little Chelsea on Friday 5th December from 5:30pm!

Expect plenty of wagging tails and festive outfits, with categories including Best Christmas Dog, Best Festive Dressed Child & Dog, Cutest Dog, and Dog With Waggiest Tail.

We cannot wait to have Eastbourne Bonfire Society back with us on Friday leading our opening procession!

Theyโ€™ll be joined by Father Christmas, his elves, special characters and also a fire engine!

This is going to be such a brilliant start to the evening - make sure you get there early at 3:45pm to catch all the action as they parade from Grove Road down to the Town Hall!
