Owing to the ridiculous traffic and bus restrictions. Road closure etc.. For lumiere.. I can't open as I can not get in or out very well... It means back open Tues... Durham County Council.. Not caring for the disabled as the bays are closed and trader footfall is badly affected.... Sorry... Beyond angry at this situation
