Finally finished!
I made this bag using 100g double knit cotton.
I bought the base and the strap online and added the tassel as a bag charm.
The bag is lined and has a magnetic fastener.
I didn't follow a pattern for it. I simply winged it using DC, Trebles and some granny stitches.

Not bad for my first attempt at a crocheted bag! I even got my sewing machine out for this.
I think I might take this with me when we go to Greece in the summer ☀️

Hi all, I've been on a small hiatus from crochet *gasps* as I wanted to take the time and spend it more wisely.
I would work full time and in the evenings and weekends I focused on crochet. However, Mr Bumble receiving a worrying diagnosis made me reevaluate the time and instead we've been living life! (And on the side thinking about crochet and having all kinds of ideas!)

Working on a new 6 Day Kid Blanket. This time in Purple. I've made several of these now and it is such a pretty make.
Along with this blanket, the designer has also written a pattern for a tree skirt, a cardigan, a hat, a shawl and an infinity scarf (to name but a few!)

I love the pattern of this one and the changes. I follow the pattern slightly differently because I like this effect better 😊
