A species you don’t see very often is the 2 Line Monocle Bream, Scolopsis bilineata. They seem very peaceful in an aquarium and settle in very well except with their own kind where they don’t seem to get along at all.

Another early morning start to go and visit our good friends at TMC Manchester. A rather big shop and lots of fish, corals and dry goods made their way home with us. We brought back a few very nice McCosker flasher wrasse which were my pick of the day.

What a busy week with new fish and corals incoming most days. The store is bursting at the seams after yet another trip ...

What a busy week with new fish and corals incoming most days. The store is bursting at the seams after yet another trip to TMC for some really unusual additions. New for us are some Walking Corals, Heteropsammia spp. the best way I can describe these are they are like small elegence corals but have a tiny worm living underneath so that they seem to be able to walk around. Australian biscuit starfish, Feather stars, long tenticle heliofungai, Giant spider conch, Marshall island wrasse, High hat Sweetlips, an amazing pair of Watanabi angels, Fat head anthias, Majestic angel, Caribbean Blue tang, Purple tilefish are some of the others that caught my eye.
