Are you ready to let it grow this summer? ☀️🌱

The Summer Solstice is a powerful time to reflect on where you've been and where you're heading next.

My new Seeded Journal was created to help you do both.

Use it to write down:
✨ what you're ready to leave behind
✨ the lessons you want to carry forward
✨ your hopes, dreams, and intentions for the months ahead

Then, when you're ready, plant it and watch flowers grow from the pages.

A beautiful reminder that growth isn't always about holding on: sometimes it's about releasing, trusting, and allowing something new to emerge.

This summer, what if your journal became more than a place to write your thoughts?

Now it’s Pride month, I want to continue to raise visibility and awareness in the current world. It feels like we are not always going forward, and we are going backwards with the rights for a lot of marginalised groups. 🏳️‍🌈
