They work in fresh water and salt water

The Berkley Powerbait CULLSHAD is a new softbait for Purdies. They can be rigged in a number of ways. The tail is made from a Honeycomb structure, which gives a better attractant hold, without sacrificing action in the water. Check out this video from berkley demonstrating the CULLSHAD in action.

Ghost Signs again
The video was so popular I have added some photographs of the sections.
The Gold letters are ELL, possibly from BELL the grocer, this was overpainted with the Pink lettering The Shoe shop.
By the 1950s the signs were covered over with a full length header board.

Architectural archeology.
We had to strip our sign from the shop due to the effects of the weather. When a shop sign is removed sometimes a ghost sign it revealed. We found 2. There are traces of 2 hand painted shop names from previous incarnations.
We also found Graffiti, the names of the Joiners that installed the original Purdies sign, Joe, Alex, Billy, Iain. Unfortunately they didnt write the date.
