Opened by friends Viv and Dave in October 2013, the Quirky Coo is an independent, design led retail outlet where you will find our range of gifts, homeware, accessories & greeting cards. Our shop offers well-made products for all ages that inspire us, make us smile, and that we would be happy to share with our friends and family. We take pride in hand picking our

products and are passionate about supporting and promoting home grown talent to mix with the interesting items we find from further afield. We know how difficult it can be to find those special gifts or treats that are that little bit different (or even quirky) and our intention is for the store to become the destination shop for those in Dundee and surrounding areas who are looking for gift inspiration.

✨️ Supplier Spotlight: Meet Two of Our Scottish Creators!✨️

One of our best sellers is Glenshee Pottery, known for their handcrafted ceramics inspired by Scottish culture. Their 'wee bothies' replicate the small huts or cottages originally built to accommodate farm workers in Scotland's wildest areas. Each work is a true piece of art!⛰️

Right now the property market is a little stressful, so why not grab a bothy for now! 😉

And for our bird lovers out there, we have Sally Fisher's charming Two Puffins artwork! Her vibrant illustrations bring a splash of colour and Scottish wildlife to your home. 🏡 She is an Edinburgh-based painter and printmaker. Her trademark mini animal prints are made with an etching press and highlight the wonders of Scottish culture!
