Did you know we do 3D printing?

These beauties were printed from carbon fibre reinforced nylon filament for ridiculous strength, toughness and dimensional accuracy.

These were files provided for us but Marko is cracking through our own designs, including a blowback frame for the TM Recoil HK417, Mk46 piston (with parts made on my lathe to complement the print) and a modular recoil system for the electric A&K M249! 🔥

Now the lathe is fully repaired and running sweet with a brand new feed screw and nut in the cross slide, I can do things like this barrel thread repair 😁

The original threads were so chewed up, a brass sleeve with new threads was the only option.
Interference fit (but with locking compound to be extra safe), I can finally get the rest of the build finished off.

This also means I can start producing things like recoil weights again…

It’s my day off today so here’s one I made earlier.

With a tight budget, there’s still heaps we can do!
Here we opted for the biggest bang-for-buck options on this TM High-Cycle MP5:

-Jefftron Scylla
-Warhead Vanguard 35K
-Cyma steel-tooth piston
-KoA Viton piston head o-ring and PH porting
-Guarder SP110 main spring
And of course, a full service.

I did also swap over the pinion to an AAC one to give a smoother mesh with the TM bevel gear.

Old school XM177 style build from a TM Recoil M4 SOCOM base.

We’ve taken the internals up to the latest standard with a Warhead Vanguard and spiral bevel/pinion combo of course.

We have the excellent Airsoft Mutation Linear-Centring hop rubber and the Jefftron Leviathan to control it all ❤️

The upper receiver was, I believe, done by LC’s Engineering Outpost so it’s rock solid!

I need a wee chill so I’m taking today off.

Here’s one I just finished, heading back to Belgium shortly.
Tokyo Marui electric MP7, upgraded to 1.01J with a complete internal upgrade and the ability to run either the QD AEP LiPos or an external al PEQ box battery.

Lovely crisp trigger response with excellent efficiency thanks to the Lee’s Precision Engineering piston head paired with the Nineball cylinder head and PDI Palsonite cylinder.

In other news, I’ll be heading down to NAF this year with Warhead Industries to announce some new products and sort out RedFET controller upgrades for all your older Warhead motors!
