🎄🚨 BREAKING NEWS FROM DUFFIELD… CHRISTMAS HAS ARRIVED! 🚨🎄

It’s AUGUST. The sun is shining. People are eating ice cream. And apparently our volunteers have decided it’s time for CHRISTMAS. 😂

One minute they’re serving customers… the next they’re dressed as angels, & buttons and staring lovingly at Christmas cards like they’ve just discovered the meaning of life. 👼😂

Meanwhile, the rest of us are thinking… CAN WE AT LEAST GET THROUGH SUMMER FIRST?! ☀️🤣

But seriously… our Christmas cards are here! 🎅🎄
Get them early, be organised, and smugly sit back in December while everyone else is panic-buying cards on Christmas Eve. 😂

A Little Reminder 💚

Following on from yesterday’s post, here’s another little reminder…

We’re incredibly grateful for every donation we receive, but we can only accept items that are clean, complete, in good condition and suitable for resale.

Please also don’t leave donations outside the shop, especially while we are open. Our team are always happy to receive your donations and make sure they are taken in safely.

Items left outside can get damaged by the weather, become unsellable, or unfortunately end up costing us money to dispose of.

We really do appreciate your kindness and support. 💚

A Kind Reminder About Donations 💚

We are incredibly grateful for every donation we receive. Your generosity helps us raise vital funds to support local hospice care, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without you. 💚

We just have a small request: please don’t leave donations outside the shop, whether we are open or closed.

When donations are left outside, especially in the lovely British weather 🌧️☀️🌧️, they can become damaged, damp or unsellable. Sadly, this means items that could have raised valuable funds sometimes have to be disposed of instead.

If you have donations for us, please make sure they are clean, dry, bagged and brought into the shop during our opening hours. We’ll be more than happy to receive them and give them the chance to find a new home. 🛍️

We know how generous and supportive our customers and local community are, so thank you for helping us make the most of every single donation. 💚

Thank you for supporting Treetops — together, we really are making a difference. 🌿

🚨 WE’VE LOST THE PLOT AT TREETOPS! 😂🧸

Apparently AI has decided that being a Treetops volunteer isn’t enough… so it’s only gone and put one of our lovely volunteers INSIDE A TOY GRABBER! 🤣🤣

Before anyone asks… NO, we do NOT have a giant toy grabber in the shop! 😂

Just me having far too much fun with AI again! 🤦‍♀️😂

Although… looking at the picture, I’m thinking we might need to start selling volunteers by the kilo! 🤣
