✨ A Heartfelt Announcement ✨
After a lot of thought and prayer, I’ve made the extremely difficult decision to close Inspired by Flowers.
Running the shop over the past 3.5 years has meant so much to me, I have been extremely blessed and I have met lots of amazing people, many of whom I'm now privileged to call friends.
I am so incredibly grateful to every single customer who has supported me, trusted me with special arrangements, and allowed me to do a job I truly loved.
However since losing my husband Stuart 18 months ago, life has changed in ways I’m still learning to navigate. Balancing running the business alongside raising my three children on my own has become more than I can manage, and right now I need to put my time and energy into my family.
This hasn’t been an easy decision at all, but I know it is the right one for my family. My kids need their mummy and all the early mornings, late nights and the general work that comes with running any small business have taken a toll on me too, so I have had to put into perspective the fact that I am on my own with my kids and where I'm needed most.
I have decided to close with immediate effect to allow me time to sort out all the formalities and also to concentrate on finding a job that is going to work around my family and feel I would be best placed to do this if my time is not spent on running the shop.
For any brides with weddings already booked.. don't worry these bookings will still be honoured and go ahead as planned. I do not however plan to take on any further bookings.
Thank you all once again for all the kindness, support, and encouragement you’ve shown me — it has meant more than I can ever properly put into words on here.
