Please reach out to the foodbank if you are facing difficult circumstances. Our donors are generous to us and, in turn, we want to help others.
Contact one of our partner organisations like St Vincent de Paul, your GP- MDT or Community Advice Newry, Mourne & Down and ask them for a referral.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩-𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧
We will be opening Community Drop-in Centres today (Saturday 25 January) to support those residents most affected by the storm who are still without power.

These will be open from 1pm to 5.30pm and are located at:
➡️ Downpatrick Leisure Centre
➡️ Ballymote Centre, Downpatrick
➡️ Newcastle Centre
➡️ Kilkeel Leisure Centre
➡️ Newry Leisure Centre

Community Drop-in Centres will also be open at the following locations, however shower facilities are not available:

➡️ Dan Rice Hall, Drumaness
➡️ Bridge Community Centre, Killyeagh
➡️ Cloughreagh Community Centre, Bessbrook

The facilities will enable residents who have been impacted by power cuts to come along to get a hot drink, charge your device, get a shower and speak to a member of our team who will be on hand to offer support.

We would ask that you share this information with friends, family and neighbours who do not have internet access.

Please continue to exercise caution when travelling while Met Office weather warnings remain in place.
