Please Read Before Placing An Order 🤍
Returns - Sadly I do not accept returns. If you would like your item out of your way you will need to pay postage to myself and I will sell on. This will need to be recorded delivery Or if your happy to post on my page to try sell on that’s absolutely fine! This can happen if the supplier makes a mistake (very unlikely).
Refunds
❌NO REFUND POLICY ❌
- If an item doesn’t fit it is sadly out of our control and there is nothing we can do about this apart from help you sell your item on which is 50% chance of getting your money back so please keep this in mind. We do our almost best to ensure one of our customers buys your item.
If you want me to sell on your item you will need to pay the postage.
NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS
Exchanges - Absolutely no exchanges at all.
Postage - If you do not want your item but demand your money back you will have to post the item to ourself’s once but you will have to cover that and it will need to be recorded delivery so we can see that you have 100% sent it off. Then once we’ve received it we will work on selling it on to get your money back.
Abuse Behaviour - Under absolutely no circumstances will we receive this sort of behaviour at all. We are only human and trying our up most best. This behaviour will resort you in being blocked and not being dealt with. I will not under any circumstances tolerate being talked too in a disrespectful manner.
Items - Since our items are imported it is your responsibility to ensure you order the right size. All our shoe sizes are true to size and never had a problem at all. I can advise and help you with sizes but it is not my responsibility if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your item.
Tracking and Updates - I will let you know once your order is placed please message me in around 4-6 days and I will be able to get tracking for your item. I can’t get it straight away please keep this in mind. It is your responsibility to ensure you are 100% following and keeping updated with your tracking. If you miss your parcel or it says delivered but you haven’t received you item it is your responsibility to take it up with the courier as I can’t do anything about this. I will not accept being abused because of how long your parcel is taking.

All items posted have to be ordered which comes directly from the supplier. I do not keep or hold any stock so please don’t expect something the same day. The shipping is not my responsibility.
I have a few suppliers - quick delivery posts are roughly 1-4 days. Other items can be anything from 12-28 days roughly. I do not guarantee a delivery time as I have no control over the delivery’s, the time I give you is a rough estimate. They can arrive much quicker than I expect or they can have a delay which I cannot control, please bare this in mind! IF IT TAKES LONGER THAN EXPECTED THIS IS NOT MY FAULT.
There is NO REFUNDS on any items. Once payment has been received the order is sent immediately and therefore non refundable. Even when you receive the item I still cannot refund you.
If an item is seized in customs when arriving to the UK, I will not refund you. This is the risk you take when buying replica items.
If the supplier has sent wrong size/style to you then I will try to resell this for you and then reorder you the correct item. When returning an item you are reliable to pay for any postage costs, recorded or tracked delivery is recommended as it’s easier to track the parcels location. If for any reason you do not wish to keep the order or it is too big/small etc, the option to post it in the group is there to resell it on.
