Come behind the scenes of a Hollychocs chocolate class 🍫✨

There’s a little more that goes into it than just turning up and making chocolate…

Before our guests arrive, we take care of everything: preparing the studio, getting the chocolate ready, making the hot chocolate, brewing our cacao tea, and, of course, all the necessary cleaning.

Then it’s over to them! 🙌

Learning, making, tasting, getting creative… and just LOOK at those finished chocolates 😍

One of my favourite things is seeing everyone’s creations at the end - no two are ever quite the same.

We're delighted to share that our Caramel Collection has been named a finalist in the 2026 Great British Food awards.

This same collection was also crowned Chocolate Champion at the Taste of the West Awards, and we're incredibly proud to see it recognised once again.

Handcrafted in our Wiltshire studio, each chocolate is made using ethically sourced single origin chocolate and carefully engineered recipes that celebrate exceptional flavour, craftsmanship and quality.
