Customer phoned regarding their machine leaking a lot of water and smoke coming from machine.

Unfortunately this machine had a major hole in outer casing of the drum & wasn’t worth repairing.

Luckily we had a brand new machine in stock matching the same colour and was able to get installed same day, avoiding any down time and exceeding the customer’s expectations 👌
