Classes for everyone including ridden, in hand, concors, showjumping, novelty, working hunter all taking place on superbly maintained grass rings at Newark showground this Sunday 16th August.

Hard at work at the moment doing long days in the rosette room getting the set done for Norton District Riding-Club and their fabulous end of season show on the 16th August. With huge sets like this, everything is done in stages and then the really fun part is getting everything together and finished. I started work at 4:30 this morning and other than a couple of trips to the yard and a quick lunch break, I've worked all day.
Just finished off the day with some ruffles that go on the class winner sashes - one of my favourite things to do. I reckon I've earned a sandwich now 😁

There were far too many hours last week where it was just too hot for rosette making! 🥵 So instead I finished something that has been unfinished for a year - my Prince project. I love to draw - it's something I rarely have time for anymore but I'm starting to realise I need to start making time again!
