I haven't been on social media in a while. My lovely friend Joy died a few weeks ago and as well as not feeling up to it, I didn't want to face that she wouldn't be able to 'like' whatever I posted, as she always did 💔

Joy was a very thoughtful and kind friend, and so supportive of this little business. When I first started in 2017, I made a first Christmas decoration for her youngest. When I look back, it was absolutely shocking🤣 , but she was encouraging and believed in me. Hopefully I have improved somewhat since!

I was always in awe of her creativity, she was an exceptionally talented sewist, but turned her hand to almost anything, producing the most amazing gifts for her children, and mine. She was such an inspiration and if only she had had more time on this earth, I know she would have turned her hobby into a career.

In tribute to Joy I have made this plaque that I am hoping will lift me during the difficult days. She shared this quote on her pinterest page a while back and the words are so very poignant now. Joy was the embodiment of 'joy' and so this will be my little reminder to seek it in every moment.

I've been too busy to post anything on here lately!

Just to let you know the last chance to order for delivery by Christmas is tomorrow at 2pm (Saturday 16th December) 🎄
Orders will be dispatched on Monday.
Then time for a break to celebrate the twins birthday 🎂 and the festivities 🎅
