Stephanie also offers Reiki and crystal healing sessions based at Hera Wellness — a women’s wellbeing space where inner and outer care gently meet. Workshops, courses and mindful creative events are offered throughout the year, creating opportunities for learning, connection and personal exploration within a supportive environment. The Enchanted Circle is a newer offering within The Wild Moon Company, created as a gentle extension of the brand. This includes a monthly subscription box and private online community space, designed to offer ongoing support, shared learning and seasonal spiritual inspiration for those who wish to deepen their journey. 🌙 A little personal post from me…

I know I’ve been a little quieter on here recently, so I wanted to explain why. 💜

As I’ve said before, Ava is very much a part of The Wild Moon Company. She is the heart behind so much of what I do, and her memory is woven into this little business in ways that are difficult to put into words.

Over the past few months, I’ve been putting a huge amount of time, energy and love into organising the Ava-Grace Charity Prom in her memory. This weekend, after months of planning, it finally happened. 💜

It was such a beautiful, emotional and incredibly special evening. Seeing so many people come together to remember Ava, celebrate her life and support something that means so much to our family was overwhelming in the very best way.

And together, we raised a huge amount for Natasha's Foundation. 🥹💜

I honestly cannot thank everyone enough — everyone who donated, bought tickets, provided raffle prizes, baked cakes, helped behind the scenes, came along on the night or simply shared and supported us. It has meant more than I can ever say.

Today is Ava’s 16th birthday. 🎂💜

We should be celebrating her turning 16, watching her grow into the young woman she would have become and making all those birthday memories together.

Instead, we will come together as a family and remember our beautiful girl. We’ll talk about her, laugh about her, cry for her and celebrate the nine wonderful years we were lucky enough to have with her.

And after what has been an incredibly busy and emotional few months, we’re going to take a much-needed family break.

So for a little while, The Wild Moon Company will be quietly retreating and recharging too.

I’ll still be here, just taking some time away from the social media noise and giving myself permission to slow down, breathe and simply be with my family.

The Wild Moon Company will be back from Monday 24th August, and if you’re looking to book a treatment, my treatment diary at HERA Wellness is already open, with appointments available from Wednesday 26th August. ✨

Thank you for being here, for supporting my little business and for understanding when life sometimes needs to come before social media. Whether you’ve bought something, booked a treatment, come to an event, followed along or simply sent a kind message, it genuinely means so much.

Firstly, thank you so much to everyone who has booked in with me. Your continued support truly means the world, and I can't wait to welcome you over the next couple of weeks.

If you've been thinking about booking some time for yourself, my diary is now open for appointments when I return. My first day back at HERA will be Wednesday 26th August, and appointments are now available to book.

The Buck Moon reaches its exact peak on Wednesday 29th July at 3:35pm (BST) here in the UK.

Although the exact peak happens during daylight hours, the moon will appear beautifully full both tonight and tomorrow night, making either evening perfect for connecting with its energy.

💜 Charging your crystals

Place your crystals outside, on a windowsill, or anywhere they can bathe in the moonlight tonight or tomorrow evening. Leaving them out overnight allows them to absorb the gentle, cleansing energy of the Full Moon before bringing them back inside in the morning.

As you place them beneath the moonlight, take a quiet moment to set an intention. Imagine the moon washing away stagnant energy while filling your crystals, and yourself, with clarity, strength and renewed purpose.

As many of you know, alongside running The Wild Moon Company, I also offer Reiki, Crystal Healing and Crystal Reiki treatments at HERA.

I'm taking a little time to recharge between 13th and 21st August, so if you've been thinking about booking a treatment, I'd recommend securing your appointment soon as July and early August are already starting to fill up.
