We're racing towards July and the school summer holidays, so the time has come to start introducing the artists and makers who will be joining us for Summer in the Loft at Ardross Farm.

Julie West is a Fife based artist working mainly in watercolour and acrylic paint. Each one of her original cards and canvases is inspired by Scottish scenery and wildlife, from tiny buzzy bees to long stretching coastlines.

Pop in to meet her in the Loft on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August, 9am-5.30pm. ☀️

Sometimes it's hard saying goodbye to pieces that I have enjoyed having in the Shed. This little cupboard is the perfect example. On the plus side, it leaves a space for me to fill, and it's off to live in a lovely renovated church in rural Perthshire. Lucky thing! 💙

May was a mad month of making and markets, with Open Studios North Fife, Greengallery's Summer Market and Scone Palace Garden Fair - a huge THANK YOU to everyone who visited one, two or all three events!

Now it's time to look forward to Summer In the Loft at Ardross Farm. Pop it in your diary and hopefully I'll see some of you there. 😊

This little glass-topped 'Allium' lamp table will be coming with me to Scone Palace Garden Fair this Friday and Saturday. Here it is being modeled by a gorgeous textured plant pot from Jen & Tonic Pottery, a fellow Cupar maker who will also be at Scone Palace. ❤️

Everything was blooming lovely on this morning's dog walk! A few days of warmth and sunshine make all the difference and spotting all these flowers around town (apologies if anyone who saw me leaning over their garden walls to take a photo!) has really got me excited for Scone Palace Garden Fair this Friday and Saturday!

You'll find me and my floral-inspired glass in the marquee on both days. 🌸 🏵 🌼

Back in the Shed after a lovely trip to the Summer Market at Greengallery last weekend. Thank you to everyone who popped in to my gazebo to say hi!

Next up is Scone Palace Garden Fair and I'm thoroughly looking forward to it! You'll find me in the marquee on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th May...although I'll be VERY tempted to wander off and look at all the other gorgeous stalls! 🌼 🌸 🌻 🌹 🏵

The sun is shining in Buchlyvie for the Greengallery Summer Market. I'm here until 5pm today and back again tomorrow from 10am-5pm. 🌞
