For those of you who know me, will know that I am a true romantic at heart and LOVE absolutely everything about creating wedding flowers. I get so excited when your wedding day draws near! After months of careful planning and preparation, it's time to bring your vision to life.

Once all the flowers are safely in place, you've received your bouquet, everything has survived the journey AND the heat! I then allow myself a moment to BREATHE!

Today's bouquet was a unique and poignant celebratory one that I gifted to my Daughter, Charlotte after her 1st dance show in over 6 years! - we, as a family were all there to cheer her on❤️

5 years ago she received 5 unconditional offers to study dance, her passion from a very young age! With all the changes to dance classes during covid, her trajectory too changed as she started her midwifery training.

Knowing how much dance had always meant to her, I guess my one secret wish as a mother was that one day she'd have the courage to re-ignite her passion!

Today she did just that and was proof that once a dancer, ALWAYS a dancer ❤️

Super proud of my dancing midwife🤣 who's pins may be a little tender in the morning 😂

I have to say that this is possibly my favourite design and colour palette of all time, created this week for a beautiful lady who loved purple.

Everything came together effortlessly and worked together in harmony (sometimes it doesn't!), the shape was good, the colours blended together perfectly, the clematis 'chatted' and 'danced' merrily floating subtly above the arrangement, even the rose was full of 'love'.

My style is very natural and I love lots of 'movement' in my arrangements.

If this sings to you, please bear me in mind when the time comes to honour your loved one, one last time❤️

Happy Friday everyone!

Thank you so much for all your support this last week and the lovely 'get well' messages, it means the world, thank you ❤️.

I'm delighted to say that bar from feeling a little nauseous and tied due to the strong antibiotics i am certainly on the up!

It's been a busy yet deeply touching week with a couple of large funeral arrangements to create. Always an honour❤️

Gutted to say that very sadly I won't be at the Farmer's Market today.

I was admitted to hospital last night with suspected appendicitis, thankfully the CT scan downgraded it to an internal infection.

If you are wanting flowers late today / tomorrow I am hoping to be home later and have a studio FULL of beautiful, locally sourced and home-grown blooms ready to be made into bouquets!

Please message me on 07771 961054 if you would like a freshly picked bouquet, I would hate them to go to waste x
