We are closing

After three years we have decided that the Sweet Train has reached the end of the line.

Thank you to all of you who have travelled with us. It has been a huge pleasure and privilege to be able to open up this wonderful old shop, to bring back childhood memories for so many and, we hope, to create a few for our younger customers. We are sorry that we have been unable to grow the business in the way that we had hoped.

We will continue to open for some sugartastic Saturdays until we run out of stock.

We have really loved getting to know you all and are truly grateful for your support. Please keep supporting Cranbrook’s local businesses and take a trip to the quieter end of town when you can. You can make a real difference.

We still live above, so this is not so much farewell as see you later.

The Summer is here......

and all our loyal customers are on holiday! So we are adjusting our opening hours accordingly and the hammock is looking tempting.

The good news is that our new website with FULL online ordering capability is very nearly there. We are aiming for a mid august launch.... Watch this space!

Sorry to all our loyal Cranbrook School customers; we were closed for morning break because we were at your School open morning!

It was lovely to see so many of you hard at work. We were very impressed :)

The good news for those of you that do make it back at Lunchtime is that our new Slush Puppy Ice poles have now fully frozen
