We all hate doing it. That feeling of having to rewash before we can cut into our gorgeous fabrics...especially if you have a plan sitting awaiting your fabric coming home.
But. It saves hassle down the line. Ask me how I know....
Yes I have had tops thrown into the tumble dryer accidently and shrunk on me so the beautiful fitting around my hust was all for naught 😑
♡ Prewash on the quickest setting
♡ Use the temp you always wash clothes at
♡ For a first wash I tend to wash fabric either solo or with darker clothes than the fabric itself incase of colour run from the fabric.
♡ Pop in the tumble dryer for even just 10 minutes to give it some exposure to that warm temp
