Tomorrow, we say goodbye… 👋
After 15 unforgettable years, tomorrow marks our final day at The Bush. It’s hard to put into words just how much this chapter has meant to us.
From the very beginning, we were welcomed with open arms – and over the years, The Bush has become so much more than a pub. It’s been a place of memories, milestones, celebrations, and the day-to-day moments that make life truly special.
To every one of you who has walked through our doors – whether once or a hundred times – thank you. Thank you for your custom, your kindness, your stories, your support… and above all, your friendship. We’ve seen children grow up, families expand, friendships blossom and so much laughter shared in this old building.
To our wonderful team – past and present – thank you for being part of our journey. You’ve made The Bush what it is, and we couldn’t be prouder.
While we may be stepping back, The Bush itself isn’t going anywhere. From Saturday, it’ll be lovingly cared for by Pat, who will be holding the fort until the next custodians take over. You’ll still see many familiar faces behind the bar as she’s welcoming some of our amazing team on board – so that warm welcome isn’t going anywhere.
As for us… we’re off to start the next chapter (once we’ve had a little lie down 🥱😂). We’re leaving The Bush… but we’re not leaving the village, the friendships, or the incredible memories we’ve made here.
