It’s one of those places some of us pass many times, but we don’t often get time to really appreciate the architecture. I think it looked pretty stunning the other sunny day. 🥰

It’s been a long time coming but great to see No 14 Spon Street, finally getting much needed maintenance.
As custodians of these treasures, we either maintain these magnificent medieval buildings, ensure they are occupied and cherished, or we leave them to rot. It’s definitely felt like the latter for the last decade(s) but thankfully the Council are doing the right thing now .
We’ll try and get more photos as they progress the works as the inside of the properties are rarely seen and really are fascinating.

The Fairfax Club has existed in the street for decades, and it’s good to see them holding regular record fayres. For lovers of vinyl, pop along to 182 Spon Street and have a browse.

Good to hear that this beautiful property will finally have tenants after 5 years being empty. If anyone knows the new occupants, ask them to message us. We would love to feature them on here. Also, any of the other businesses in the street want a mention, get in touch.

A beauty clinic is set to move in to the former Cejais Bears and Dolls Houses shop on Spon Street in Coventry city centre
